The Twisted Way
From Our Chef
Cameron graduated with a degree in Culinary Arts. He completed an internship at the National Institute of Fitness in St George, Utah before heading South to Las Vegas, NV where he worked for Wolfgang Puck for 3 years at Postrio, Spago and the MGM Cafe. He moved North again to Cedar City, Utah to take on the kitchen at Southern Utah University. After nearly 4 years, he moved South once again to work for Michael Mina in the Bellagio, along with opening up Wynn Resorts, before finally getting an Executive Chef position at the Treasure Island Buffet.
The following year, an intriguing opportunity presented itself in the form of a small fitness resort in Southern Utah and he decided to take it. Today, that small fitness resort has grown into what is now known as The Biggest Loser Resort at Fitness Ridge. Fitness Ridge then promoted him to Corporate Chef and helped run the Malibu, California resort. He was also over the meal plans at all current and future resorts which currently include Biggest Loser Resort Niagara and also Biggest Loser Resort Chicago.
He got the chance to open his own restaurant in local St. George, UT. Opening January 2015 Twisted Noodle Café was born. Located in Downtown St. George at 20 N. Main in the Mainstreet Plaza. Twisted Noodle focuses on healthy fresh food prepared daily. The restaurant also caters to gluten free, vegan and vegetarians. It is family friendly and has amazing patio seating. You can call ahead and avoid the lines to get food “to go”. It also just received a beer and wine license. Come in for daily specials! The menu never gets boring.
As Twisted Noodle grew there was a need for meal prep. Healthy food that tasted good. Putting out high quality food at a decent price. Being one of the least expensive in Southern Utah and self proclaimed “best in the area.” We are focusing on healthy meals catered to you.
