How it Works
You have your choice of meal plans –
6 day Lunch Only, Dinner Only, or Lunch & Dinner
Regular, Low Carb, Vegan, Vegetarian, GF, 2x Protein
We accommodate life threatening allergies and some dietary restrictions.
(anything other than that we can upgrade you to a customized meal plan at an additional charge.)
Pick up is on Tuesday & Fridays 4pm – 8pm
Billing is recurring every Monday.
If you need to put account on hold, please do so by Friday of the prior week.
There is a one time bag fee upon initial SIGN UP.
It is a 8 week rotation menu. Changes are always happening!

What do you want to know about the best meal plan service?
If you would only like a week of meals, you can cancel your order right away by emailing email@example.com with the subject line, “cancel.” This will provide you with one week of fresh food. There is also the option of picking up a week worth of meals from our “Grab and Go” inside the store.
All of our meals are prepared fresh and never frozen.
Our meals will last 3 (three) days after the prepared by date. If you find you will not be able to eat a meal before it expires, we recommend you give them to a family member or friend to try.
Twisted Kitchen can not guarantee the quality and taste of the food after they are frozen. Certain meals can be frozen, but no salads. We highly recommend to share the meal with a friend or family member instead.
Each meals come in convenient and easy microwave safe containers. If you require to heat up a meal, place in microwave for 2-4 minutes max depending on the power of your microwave. While the microwave is practical, we recommend heating most meals in the oven, as required. Set oven at 350 degrees and place meal contents on to a cookie sheet or pan. Heat in oven for 5-10 minutes or until warm.
Your meal prep is available for pick up between the hours of 4 – 8 pm on Tuesday and Friday. We encourage customers to refrigerate the meals immediately upon pick up.
We currently do not deliver.
We currently accept all credit cards, debit cards, gift cards and cash.
Our menu changes on a monthly basis, mostly based on seasonal food availability.
At Twisted Kitchen, we use a wide spectrum of ingredients to keep variety in our menu. We can not guarantee that your food will be allergen-free, and because of this, we can not recommend our fresh food meal prep service to anybody who has moderate to severe food allergies. We do our best to support food allergies and limit those ingredients as best as possible. Please call 435-268-2342 for more information.

Our meal plans are not only a diet, but a life-changing experience. Eating healthy can make people feel better than ever before. Good food can cure depression, autoimmune diseases and risks associated with being overweight. Our meals are prepared fresh and have a perfect balance of macronutrients to ensure your body composition will improve as you continue to enjoy Twisted Kitchen. Other diets may be low calorie, but often are comprised of high-fat meals. Our meals are the best route to the results you desire. We also leave less room for guessing. While other services may offer food only five days per week, we offer food six days per week. We also have breakfast options.
We are located inside Twisted Noodle at 20 N Main St, Ste 108, St. George, UT 84770. We welcome customers to see where their food is prepared. Come in to speak with us about how we can customize your diet plan. This is also where you pick up your meals.
You can pause your plan for up to two weeks at a time. This can be done in the customer portal online by selecting the Suspension button or via the phone. It must be requested 72 hours before your next billing cycle.
Each meal is labeled. We do recommend eating any meals with seafood first and then any salads.

It usually takes two to three days to get you started. When your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email telling you when your first pick up is available.
If you wish to cancel, please select Cancel next to the subscription in your account. All cancellations must be done 72 hours before your next billing cycle. Your food will be available for pickup for the current billing cycle and then will be canceled. Please let us know your cancellation reason by sending a email of your cancellations to email@example.com with the subject line, “Cancel.”
PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS: Your meal prep is available for pick up between the hours of 4 – 8 pm on Tuesday and Friday at Twisted Noodle Cafe. We encourage customers to refrigerate the meals immediately upon pick up.
NEW ORDER PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS:
If you have placed your order between 9 AM Thursday and 9 AM Monday, your meals will be available for pick up on Tuesday between 4-8 PM.
If you have placed a new order between Monday 9 AM and 9 AM Thursday you meals will be available for pick up on Friday between 4-8 PM. Thank you for your order!
