How soon can I start?

It usually takes two to three days to get you started. When your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email telling you when your first pick up is available.

How do I sign up?

Click on any “Order Meals” button on the website to start or give us a call at 435-268-2342.

I will be going out of town, can I pause my meal plan?

You can pause your plan for up to two weeks at a time. This can be done in the customer portal online by selecting the Suspension button or via the phone. It must be requested 72 hours before your next billing cycle.

Do you have a location?

We do have a storefront located at 20 N Main St, Ste 108, St. George, UT 84770. We welcome customers to see where their food is prepared. Come in to speak with us about how we can customize your diet plan. This is also where you pick up your meals.
